​The Owner agrees to pay all fees related to the stay prior to removing the pet(s) from the premises. This includes any vet fee incurred.

The Owner is responsible for ensuring vaccinations are up to date and the Kennel reserves the right to refuse animals for boarding. Current vaccination inspection is thru the Veterinary Card provided by the owner.

The Owner agrees that the Kennel cannot be held liable for any sickness, injury or death unless negligence is shown.

During the pet’s stay the Owner agrees to grant full permission to the Kennel, such that at its sole discretion the Kennel may engage the services of a vet, administer medications and other requisite attention to the animal, and for the purpose of collecting debt. The Owner will be liable for the cost incurred.

The Kennel agrees to provide any proof of transaction or receipts to the Owner for all the transactions used for the pet on the time of stay. Failure to provide will automatically void the Owners liability to pay for the vet fees and medications.

The Kennel considers an animal abandoned if it has not heard from the Owner within 10 days of the scheduled date of collection. The Kennel will attempt to make contact with the Owner by registered email, and contact information. The pet’s ownership will be transferred to the Kennel if it has not heard from the Owner within 30 days of the scheduled date of collection.

The Kennel agrees for an extension of service with the same rate (no penalty) if the request is given within the duration of stay. Dates later than the scheduled duration of stay will be penalized with two times the usual cost per day.
